Qualifications

• 0–1 year in managed accounts, investment operations, or similar role.
• Strong teamwork and independent task prioritization.
• Solid understanding of trade processing, reconciliation and data integrity.
• Familiarity with SMA workflows and account structures.
• Excel skills including pivot tables, lookups and basic VBA are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support processing and documentation of new account openings and maintenance requests.
• Perform account-level reconciliations including cash, positions, and tax lots.
• Identify and resolve reconciliation breaks to ensure daily trading readiness.
• Apply knowledge of security types and pricing to daily operations.
• Assist with onboarding, system testing, and platform upgrades.
• Collaborate with sponsors and cross-functional teams to resolve exceptions.
