SEI's Investment Manager Services Division (IMS) is seeking entry-level team members for the Retirement Services line. The Operations Analyst will partner with internal teams to collect, organize, and maintain critical business data that drives sales, onboarding, and client servicing across SEI's retirement business.

You will compile advisor and client contact data, validate records, and prepare datasets for Salesforce bulk-upload templates.

Competenze

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing or equivalent experience.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Intermediate Microsoft Excel skills.
• Self-motivation and organization to manage multiple client deliverables accurately.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client impact.
• Strong customer service skills for daily client interactions.

Mansioni

• Collect and organize retirement advisor, consultant, recordkeeper, asset manager, and client contact information.
• Validate affiliations, job titles, emails, geographic coverage, and specializations; identify duplicates and incomplete records.
• Clean and standardize records for Salesforce bulk-upload templates and required fields.
• Build campaign-ready contact lists for awareness, launches, product education, and outreach.
• Collaborate with National Accounts, Marketing, Onboarding, Relationship Management and others on campaign criteria.
