Job summary

SEI in Oaks, PA seeks an entry-level Operations Analyst for the Retirement Services team. You will collect, organize, and validate retirement advisor and client contact data, preparing datasets for Salesforce uploads and supporting campaign efforts.

You will work with cross-functional teams to ensure data accuracy, drive outreach, and help inform onboarding and client servicing initiatives.

Qualifications

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Marketing, or equivalent professional experience.
• Internship experience preferred.
• Intermediate skills in Microsoft Excel.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collect and organize retirement advisor, consultant, recordkeeper, asset manager, and client contact information.
• Validate firm affiliations, job titles, email addresses, geographic coverage, and areas of specialization; identify duplicates and incomplete records.
• Clean and standardize contact records and prepare datasets in Salesforce templates.
• Build segmented, campaign-ready contact lists for awareness and outreach.
