Responsibilities

• Learn Parametric's investment strategies, operating model, and essential Operations workflows.
• Execute business-critical investment operations workflows and support trade lifecycle activities.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of processes, data flows, controls, and dependencies.
• Investigate exceptions, identify root causes, and propose sustainable improvements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve issues and support priorities.
• Perform quality control, maintain documentation, and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and create reports or dashboards.
