Responsibilities

• Learn Parametric's investment strategies, operating model, and Operations workflows.
• Execute business-critical investment operations workflows accurately and on time.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of processes, data flows, and controls.
• Investigate exceptions and perform data analysis to identify root causes.
• Collaborate with Operations teams and other partners to resolve issues and priorities.
• Perform quality control, maintain records, and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze data to identify patterns and build reports and dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, standardize, automate, or redesign workflows.
• Contribute to process-improvement initiatives with ARC and other teams.
• Utilize tools like Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python as appropriate.
