Responsibilities

• Learn Parametric's investment strategies, operating model, and core workflows.
• Execute business-critical investment operations workflows accurately and on time.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of processes and dependencies.
• Investigate exceptions and root causes; recommend sustainable solutions.
• Collaborate with Ops teams, PMs, traders, and tech partners to resolve issues.
• Perform quality control and maintain accurate records in line with controls.
• Analyze data to identify patterns, trends, and risks; create dashboards or tools.
• Identify opportunities to simplify, automate, or redesign workflows.
• Partner on process-improvement initiatives, automation, and AI-enabled capabilities.
• Use Excel, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, and related tools as needed.
• Contribute to operational excellence and present findings to stakeholders.
