Job summary

Morgan Stanley's Parametric division seeks recent graduates for the Operations Analyst Program in a hybrid Boston setting. You’ll join a cohort to learn investment operations, data analytics, and automation while supporting trade lifecycle, client servicing, and lifecycle controls.

As analysts, you’ll map processes, build dashboards, investigate exceptions, and partner with Market, Client, and Control teams to drive efficiency and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent completed by program start date.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Interest in investment management, operations, data, and technology.

Responsibilities

• Learn Parametric's investment strategies, operating model, and Operations workflows.
• Develop end-to-end understanding of assigned processes and data flows.
• Investigate exceptions and root causes using data analysis.
• Collaborate with Operations teams and stakeholders to improve handoffs.
• Build reports and dashboards turning data into actionable insights.
