Job summary

Barclays invites graduates into the Explorer Program in Whippany, NJ. This two-year rotation-based program starts with bespoke job training and three eight-month rotations, building a solid Operations foundation and exposing you to strategic initiatives.

You should have a strong degree (expected June 2027) and a GPA of 3.2+; STEM OPT sponsorship is specified for certain fields. Salary targets start at $75,000 base, with relocation and on-site work at Whippany.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform prescribed KYC and AML-related tasks following standard procedures.
• Monitor real-time transaction flow and trade updates to ensure accurate representation across systems.
• Support continuous improvement of operational processes and best practices; assist in training and development.
