Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Data Science, Industrial Engineering, Business Management, Accounting, Computer Science, or related discipline.
• 0–2 years of professional experience. Recent graduates encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to handle hands-on daily responsibilities while driving operational excellence and workflow improvements.
• Strong analytical abilities and exceptional attention to detail.
• SQL or Python experience is a plus.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish or English and Portuguese preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Process, track, and manage vehicle title documents for financed vehicles across multiple states.
• Ensure accurate title recording and lien placement; maintain inventories.
• Resolve discrepancies and support timely handling of documents.
• Develop reports and dashboards; identify automation opportunities.
• Build reports using SQL and Python to automate reporting.
• Create dashboards to support operational decision-making.
• Communicate with customers, dealers, and internal teams via phone, email, and Teams.
