CDW is seeking an IT Service Desk Watch team member to support operational processes, reporting, and service delivery within Managed Support. You will analyze data, identify trends, and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business outcomes while upholding service excellence.

You will prepare and maintain recurring reports and dashboards, document workflows, and assist with root cause analysis. Strong Excel skills and detail orientation are essential to success in this role.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or 4 years of related work experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using Microsoft Excel for analysis and reporting.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders across the organization.
• Experience with reporting and operational analysis is a plus.
• Experience within managed services environments is a plus.
