Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree by program start date in a relevant field or related quantitative/technical background encouraged to apply.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills with ability to break down ambiguous issues and work with data.
• Systems‑thinking and continuous‑improvement mindset with curiosity about end‑to‑end processes.
• High attention to detail, risk awareness, and ability to deliver quality outcomes.
• Clear written and verbal communication, able to collaborate across teams.
• Ownership, learning agility, adaptability, and ability to prioritize in a collaborative, deadline‑driven environment.
• Experience using spreadsheets to organize and analyze information.
• Interest in a career at the intersection of investment management, operations, data and technology.
• Ability to work full‑time (40 hours per week) by program start date.

Responsibilities

• Learn investment strategies, operating model, and critical Operations workflows.
• Execute business‑critical investment operations tasks accurately and on time.
• Develop end‑to‑end understanding of processes, data flows, and controls.
• Investigate exceptions and operational issues using structured problem‑solving.
• Collaborate with Operations, portfolio managers, traders, and technology teams.
• Perform quality control, maintain records, and ensure policy compliance.
• Analyze data to identify trends and build actionable reports or dashboards.
• Identify opportunities to simplify or automate workflows and support transformations.
• Collaborate on automation and AI‑enabled capabilities within Operations.
