Job summary

Maersk is seeking a Data Analyst to support warehouse operations by transforming operational data into actionable insights that drive productivity and service levels. You will collaborate with operations leadership to identify trends, develop reporting, and implement scalable dashboards across a fast-paced distribution environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong analytical skills, experience with SQL and BI tools, and the ability to present findings to frontline and senior leaders.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in data analytics, BI, supply chain, or distribution operations.
• Advanced Excel skills including Pivot Tables, Power Query, Power Pivot, and complex formulas.
• Experience writing SQL queries to extract and analyze data.
• Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze operational performance data to identify trends and opportunities.
• Design, develop, and maintain dashboards, scorecards, and reports.
• Monitor key metrics like productivity, quality, throughput, and inventory accuracy.
• Partner with operations managers to support labor planning and capacity forecasting.
• Conduct ad hoc analyses to support business initiatives.
• Translate data into clear recommendations for leadership.
• Validate data accuracy across multiple systems.
• Automate recurring reporting processes to improve efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives through statistics and performance measurement.
• Present findings to cross-functional stakeholders.
