Job Title:

Operations Analyst Associate

Location:

CA - Westlake Village

What you'll do:

As an Associate Operations Analyst you'll work with external vendors to ensure proper standards and processes are being followed. You'll utilize your insight into mortgage operations management, capacity planning and modeling to support ad-hoc initiatives and projects to help increase efficiency and quality for the operation teams.

• Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors, Information Technology, Business Intelligence, and business units
• Monitor vendors' SLA, quality, and pipelines, while providing applicable reporting, While ensuring contract terms are fulfilled and mitigating vendor risk
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with vendors by communicating with them frequently to answer questions and provide direction
• Analyze information, anticipate and recognize problems and opportunities, creatively develop possible solutions, evaluate alternatives and, using sound judgment, make viable recommendations and decisions
• Develop business requirement documents (BRDs) for technical teams
• Manage and perform user acceptance testing with software upgrades and version releases
• Provide end-user support, monitor systems, respond to inquiries, resolve and escalate reported incidents in an acceptable SLA
• Provide backup support to team members
• Perform diverse, advanced, and confidential administrative support functions

What you'll need:

• 1+ years of related experience in Project Management or similar field.
• Bachelor's degree in related field required.
• Entry level knowledge of residential mortgage industry in Correspondent or Retail Lending; including sales, operations, capital markets and/or other residential mortgage products and services.
• Entry level knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations, rules and regulations, industry standards and practices.
• Intermediate knowledge of MS Office Products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Visio).
• Entry level to intermediate experience with mortgage CRM (Encompass).
• Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
• Basic SQL knowledge preferred.

Compensation: Hourly range for new hires is generally $26.00 for Westlake Village, CA. Salary amount is determined by specific job location. In addition, the role may be eligible for annual bonus/incentives earned.
