What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):
- Extract and compile financial data to produce daily and weekly reconciliation reports for assigned clients
- Support experienced analysts in producing reports detailing potential financial impacts of out-of-reconciliation issues
- Assist in identifying and resolving basic out-of-reconciliation issues and draft client communications regarding issue status
- Participate in understanding and implementing processes and system changes affecting reconciliation
- Finalize internal forms and track status of issues through resolution while maintaining financial reporting history

What is Required (Qualifications):
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience
- Knowledge and experience of financial reconciliation, preferably within the financial industry

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
- Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Banking, IT, or equivalent
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant experience
- Basic knowledge of financial reconciliation processes
- International qualifications such as London Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI) Higher Accounting
