Job summary

Amicis Global is seeking an Operations Analyst in Brea, CA for a 6-month term with potential extension. The role covers back-office operations, accounting, and compliance functions to support branch and other departments.

You will interface with customers and agencies, handle ACH processing, RITS reconciliation, and reporting tasks across daily and monthly cycles. Strong communication and meticulous work are essential.

• Under general supervision, performs a variety of back-office functions necessary to support the branch system and other departments within the organization.
• Functions include general accounting and reconciliation, signature verification, research, file maintenance and verification, certifications, and operational compliance.
