Job summary

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst to support SMA strategies, ETF advisory relationships, and portfolio administration. The role focuses on back-office and middle-office operations including trade implementation, cash management, reconciliations, custodian coordination, and maintaining data integrity across client accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, business, or related field preferred.
• Junior candidates 2+ years of experience, Senior candidates 8+ years (salary will reflect experience)
• Investment and trade operations experience
• Understanding of trade settlement, reconciliations, cash management, and portfolio operations workflows.
• Passion for being client facing assisting clients with achieving outcomes
• Familiarity with custodial platforms such as Schwab Advisor Center and/or Fidelity Wealthscape HIGHLY preferred.
• Familiarity with portfolio/TAMP platforms such as SmartX, Orion, and Tamarac preferred.
• Series 65
• CFA or CFA Candidate
• RAA experience
• Experience trading with Black Diamond

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operational management of SMA strategies, ETF advisory relationships, and portfolio administration functions.
• Handle back-office and middle-office operations including trade implementation, cash management, reconciliations, and custodian coordination.
• Produce and review operational reporting and maintain portfolio data integrity across client accounts and custodial platforms.
• Ensure trades and portfolio instructions are accurately executed and reflected across systems and client accounts.
• Role is operational in nature and focused on implementing investment strategies as directed by the investment team.

Salary: Starting at 80k based on experience. Salary range depends on years of experience

Insight Global is seeking an Operations Analyst to support the day-to-day operational management of SMA strategies, ETF advisory relationships, and portfolio administration functions.

This role is primarily focused on back-office and middle-office operations, including trade implementation, cash management, reconciliations, custodian coordination, operational reporting, and maintaining portfolio data integrity. The Operations Analyst will work closely with the investment team to ensure trades and portfolio instructions are accurately executed and reflected across client accounts and custodial platforms.

This is not a portfolio management role. The position is operational in nature and centered on supporting the implementation and administration of investment strategies directed by the investment team.
