Responsibilities

• Assist to streamline and combine people, processes, technology, and controls to improve operating effectiveness, lower costs, reduce redundancy, and lower risks.
• Recommend actions, improvements, strategy planning and solutions based on analyzing data.
• Ensure project teams provide complete, timely and accurate data for projects.
• Implement standard processes and best practices.
• Support value-added relationships and milestones throughout operational projects.
• Collaborate with business development, customer experience and client teams to understand the business, client contracts, and projects.
• Produce documents for teams and leadership to review and utilize.
• Deliver presentations to teams and executive leaders and sponsors.
• Build skills and knowledge including self-development and customer (internal) knowledge.
• Support progress against project milestones to help ensure timely delivery of deliverables.

Wisemen is seeking a resourceful and innovative Operations Analyst to join our team. In this role you will focus on business and operational improvements. You will serve as a resource and key team member on projects by overseeing key milestones throughout the operational process.
