Responsibilities
- Manage Distribution Center leaders’ calendars, organizing meetings and events on behalf of the distribution center.
- Manage travel arrangements for leaders and team members involved in training and supporting other DCs.
- Manage day‑to‑day office operations; coordinate shipping and courier services, maintain inventory levels of uniforms and personal protective equipment, manage catering vendors.
- Process invoices and purchase orders; write memos and reports.
- Support all staff engagement initiatives.
- Other duties as may be assigned by management, including warehouse support or inventory‑related activities.
Minimum Qualifications
- Associate’s Degree.
- 2+ years of experience in a prior administrative assistant role.
- Expert time‑management skills.
- Strong communication skills, comfortable interacting with leaders, suppliers, restaurant operators, and other business partners.
- Quick and versatile learner who embraces change, analyzes successes and failures for improvement, experiments for solutions, enjoys unfamiliar tasks, and grasps underlying structures rapidly.
- Customer‑focused relationship builder who can earn trust and respect from internal and external customers and use their information to improve products and services.
