CASE, LLC in Bozeman, MT seeks an Administrative & Operations Assistant to support the Owner, Director of Operations, and management team. This hands-on role focuses on staying organized, coordinating schedules, and clear communication with clients and staff.

CASE is looking for a dependable, highly organized Administrative & Operations Assistant to support our Owner, Director of Operations, and management team. This is a hands‑on role for someone who enjoys keeping people organized, communicating with clients and employees, managing schedules, and making sure important details do not get missed.
One of the primary responsibilities will be coordinating the daily schedule for approximately 8‑10 employees including engineers, inspectors, and technicians. You will also help manage leadership calendars and email, answer phones, assist with project setup, organize files, communicate with clients, and provide basic laboratory sample support after training.
Previous administrative, scheduling, customer service, office coordination, or project support experience is preferred.
Full‑time
Hybrid; in‑office and remote work based on operational needs
$24‑$28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications
