Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Four (4) years customer service, clerical or related experience required; distribution center/dock experience preferred.
• Typing, data entry, and use of office equipment experience.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide clerical support to management and operational functions (photocopying, filing, faxing, emailing, answering calls).
• Enter data in various systems and compile regular/adhoc reports for management.
• Serve as frontline customer service to resolve inquiries and issues.
• Assist with BCSA audit data retrieval and documentation.
• Research and resolve missing/damaged packages to minimize loss and ensure timely delivery.
• Maintain accurate scan statuses and assist with loss prevention procedures.
