Job summary

The role requires strong English communication, data entry skills, and proficiency with Microsoft Office. Work hours are Monday-Friday, 5 PM–1:30 AM, with competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Must have strong English communication skills.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email, and fax on freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs.
• Data entry including scanning bills, entry of P&D, fuel mileage, and payroll.
• Process paperwork and invoices; monitor checks and cash for AR/AP.
• Assist with Haz-Mat information for loads departing or arriving.
