Qualifications

• English language proficiency to communicate with internal and external customers
• Excellent interpersonal communication skills
• Experience in transportation industry and/or customer service
• Experience with Haz-mat or worker's compensation is helpful
• Problem solving and analytical abilities
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Strong typing and ten-key skills
• Night shift hours may be required
• Ability to adapt to change and handle other tasks

Responsibilities

• Communicate with internal and external customers on freight charges, pickups, tracing, tracking, and PODs
• Data entry: scanning bills, P&D entry, fuel mileage, and payroll
• Process invoices and monitor checks and accounts payable/receivable
• Assist in processing Haz-mat information for loads departing or arriving
