Strittmatter Wealth Management Group, LLC is a Fort Worth,TX-based boutique Registered Investment Advisor actively expanding its operations. The Administrative Operations Assistant will join an apprenticeship program in a full-time, structured setting that emphasizes precision and exceptional client service.

The role requires building strong client-advisor relationships, coordinating with custodians and providers, and supporting licensing, reporting, and event logistics.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years of administrative experience.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong operational and multitasking capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Professional judgment and consistent ethical standards.
• Financial services experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Redtail, VeoOne, Adhesion, eMoney, Riskalyze, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, RoboForm, Guru, and Precise FP preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as liaison between clients, advisors, custodians, and third-party providers.
• Manage CRM systems, reporting metrics, NAUM tracking, and post meeting workflows.
• Prepare investment proposals, process trades, and assist with insurance applications and underwriting coordination.
• Support advisors with licensing, training coordination, and scheduling.
• Handle administrative functions including phones, mail, scanning, meeting preparation, and event support.
