Job summary

Vomela is seeking an Accounting Business Partner to support the operational organization at the High Point, NC site. The role focuses on accounting requirements, job cost reporting, and inventory management within a print manufacturing context.

Key duties include serving as the site’s accounting partner, managing inventory reporting, ensuring timely job closures and revenue recording, and performing month-end entries and reconciliations in collaboration with corporate teams.

Qualifications

• 4 year Accounting Degree and a minimum of 2 years’ experience.
• Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and work with ERP systems.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Accounting Business Partner for assigned site(s).
• Inventory reporting – maintain accuracy for month end.
• Ensure jobs are closed timely; coordinate invoicing and revenue recording.
• Prepare month-end journal entries for inventory, WIP, and COGS.
• Perform monthly reconciliations and JE support for GL balance sheet accounts.
