Job summary

Kilroy Realty Corporation is seeking an Operations Accounting Manager to oversee property accounting for a 5 million square foot, 35-building portfolio. You will lead an accounting team of about seven, drive month-end, quarter-end, and annual closes, and ensure accurate financial reporting and strong internal controls.

The role emphasizes process optimization, collaboration with Finance, and strategic initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA preferred.
• 3–5 years of progressive accounting experience with leadership.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and close processes.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes and ensure timely reporting.
• Review reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and supporting analyses.
• Lead CAM reconciliations and annual CAM processes for assigned portfolio using Yardi Advanced Recoveries.
• Provide timely financial guidance and partner with stakeholders across departments.
