Job summary

Ghost in San Francisco is seeking a Hardware Operations lead to own the end-to-end supply chain from prototype to customers.

You will partner with engineering to translate designs into repeatable production, manage suppliers and inventory, and build systems that scale for future devices and a growing customer base.

Qualifications

• Experience owning hardware operations, procurement, manufacturing coordination, system integration, or technical deployment work.
• Demonstrated responsibility for getting physical products or computer systems built, tested, and delivered.
• Experience managing suppliers, purchase orders, lead times, and inventory.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills, including comfort building operational trackers and working with cost data.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
