HII Mission Technologies is seeking an experienced Operational Level of War Planner to support Fleet, Joint, and Combined planning. The role is focused on naval operations planning within a Maritime Operations Center or equivalent headquarters, applying operational art and the Navy Planning Process to develop high-quality planning products for senior Navy and Joint Force leaders.

Qualifications

• 9 years of relevant experience with a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or 7 years with a Master's, or 13 years with a HS diploma.
• Must possess and maintain a Top Secret/SCI clearance.
• Experience in Maritime Operations Center, Fleet staff, Combatant Command, or Joint Task Force HQ is preferred.
• Strong understanding of operational art, design methodology, and planning processes.

Responsabilités

• Apply operational art and Navy Planning Process to develop CONOPS, OPLANs, and OPORDs.
• Analyze the operational environment to inform planning assumptions and risk assessments.
• Integrate intelligence, fires, information warfare, logistics, cyber, and maritime awareness into plans.
• Participate in planning teams, boards, and cells within a MOC or joint HQ.
• Produce briefing materials and senior-leader communications.
• Support contingency, crisis-action, and deliberate planning for Fleet Commanders and Joint Task Force HQ.
• Contribute to exercises, wargames, ROC events, and assessment frameworks.
• Collaborate with DoD, interagency, coalition, and partner-nation organizations.
