Delta Sonic seeks an Operational Training Specialist to translate real-world operational expertise into clear training materials and SOPs. You will work with SMEs across profit centers to ensure accurate, consistent, and scalable programs, leveraging LMS tooling and Articulate Storyline 360.

The role requires strong writing, organization, and cross-functional collaboration, with a focus on proactive process improvement in a fast-paced environment. Year-round scheduling is required.

Requirements
We are seeking a detail-oriented individual for the full-time, benefited position of Operational Training Specialist. This role supports the development, organization, and maintenance of operational training programs across all departments.

This role plays a critical part in translating real-world operational expertise into clear, accessible training materials and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). The Operational Training Specialist will work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) across all profit centers to ensure training is accurate, consistent with our internal standards, regularly updated, and scalable.

Requirements:

• Strong writing and editing skills with the ability to simplify complex information
• Highly organized with strong project management capabilities
• Comfortable working cross-functionally with operational teams
• Familiarity with Learning Management Systems (LMS)
• Experience with Articulate Storyline 360
• Knowledge of ADDIE and able to complete skill gap analyses
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Must be adaptable in a fast-paced, evolving environment
• Must be collaborative and relationship-focused
• Ability to be proactive and self-directed

Preferred Qualifications:

• Possess a valid CPTD, APTD, or SHRM professional certification
