Delta Sonic is hiring for a front-line technician to clean vehicles, perform power-washing and interior detailing, and maintain shop areas. You will ensure quality service, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and support a flexible, year-round schedule.

Responsibilities

• Power-wash vehicles before entry into the car wash.
• Vacuum and wipe down interior components.
• Sweep, mop, clean restrooms, pick up trash and maintain cleanliness.
• Assist with light maintenance and snow removal as needed.
• Aim for 100% customer satisfaction and uphold Delta Sonic standards.
• Work in car wash and/or detail shop depending on location staffing.

Responsibilities:

As a front-line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Delta Technicians are responsible for power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Delta Technicians will also have the ability to earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification. One of the most important responsibilities for this position is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality. Delta Technicians can enjoy working in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on the location's staffing needs. The pay rate for this position is $16.50 per hour.

Requirements:

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-focused position that requires individuals to multi-task
• Excellent communication skills and a love of working with customers
• A detail-oriented mindset
• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency
• Willingness to adhere to all safety regulations
• Ability to stand, walk, and bend for long periods of time, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Ability to lift moderate amounts of weight, with or without reasonable accommodation
• A valid driver's license is preferred
• Willingness to work a flexible schedule
