Job summary

Delta Sonic is seeking Front-Line Technicians to power-wash vehicles and thoroughly clean interiors to high standards. You will vacuum, wipe surfaces, sweep, mop, and assist with restroom cleaning while upholding a strong focus on customer satisfaction.

Positions offer a flexible schedule, team-oriented culture, and the potential for performance-based incentives and tips. The pay rate is $16.25 per hour in a non-benefited role, with opportunities across carwash and detail operations.

• Work in carwash and/or detail shop based on location staffing.

Responsibilities:

As a front-line representative of the Delta Sonic Team, Delta Technicians are responsible for power-washing vehicles prior to entering the car wash and thoroughly cleaning the interior of vehicles by vacuuming and wiping down all interior components. Additional responsibilities include, but are not limited to: sweeping, mopping, picking up trash, cleaning restrooms, removing snow, and performing light maintenance. Delta Technicians will also have the ability to earn performance-based incentives and tips upon certification. One of the most important responsibilities for this position is to achieve 100% customer satisfaction by ensuring Delta Sonic's standards for car quality. Delta Technicians can enjoy working in the carwash and/or detail shop, depending on the location's staffing needs. The pay rate for this position is $16.25 per hour. This is a non-benefited position.

Requirements:

• Eagerness to work in a fast-paced, hands-on, and customer-focused position that requires individuals to multi-task

• Willingness to work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor environments, and extreme temperature conditions
• Ability to work with a sense of urgency

• A valid driver's license is preferred
