Job summary

Agile Defense, LLC is seeking a proactive JCWA Operational Test Analyst to plan, execute, and report on testing for cyber systems at Fort Huachuca. The role requires working with test criteria, engaging stakeholders, and communicating results through test plans and reports.

The candidate should have Sec+, DoD-related certifications, and agile frameworks experience; a Master’s or equivalent experience, with 6+ years, is preferred for the position.

Qualifications

• Requires Master’s degree; or a Bachelor’s degree and at least 6 years of experience.
• One year of experience can be substituted by 15 semester hours towards a degree.
• Additional certifications in the area of specialization may substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and refine the evaluation framework for cyber systems.
• Draft and update COIs, MOEs, and MOPs as part of team sessions.
• Translate project objectives into testable requirements and KPPs with senior analysts.
• Participate in technical meetings and capture discussions and action items.
• Attend technical conferences to engage with stakeholders and build networks.
• Develop and execute Operational Test Plans with test scenarios and scripts.
• Gather data and analyze to evaluate system performance against mission needs.
• Review system documentation to identify testable requirements, risks, and gaps.
• Prepare and develop key project presentations such as TCB and OTRR.
