Job summary

Agile Defense is seeking a proactive Operational Test Analyst to plan, execute, and report on testing for cyber systems onsite at Fort Huachuca, AZ. You will build test criteria, engage stakeholders, and present results through organized test plans and reports.

The role requires a Master’s degree or equivalent experience with strong communication skills and experience translating objectives into testable requirements. DoD-related frameworks and on-site collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant technical field.
• Experience translating project objectives into testable requirements and KPIs.
• Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with stakeholders to support and refine the evaluation framework for cyber systems.
• Draft and update COIs, MOEs, and MOPs as part of team sessions.
• Translate objectives into concrete, testable requirements and KPPs with senior analysts.
• Participate in technical meetings, capture discussions, and track action items.
• Attend technical conferences to communicate the team’s mission and build networks.
• Develop and execute Operational Test Plans; draft test scenarios and scripts.
• Gather data and analyze system performance against mission needs.
