The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree with 4+ years of experience (or equivalent education) and strong communication, prioritization, and teamwork skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of experience; or 60 semester hours with 6 years experience; or 8 years total.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• Experience with government contract writing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and validate user stories, technical specs, and functional requirements for test coverage.
• Design, write, and execute detailed test cases for functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Identify, document, and track defects; collaborate with development for root-cause analysis.
• Coordinate with product owners, developers, and program management to align quality goals.
• Develop and maintain functional test cases to verify application features meet requirements.
• Participate in sprint ceremonies to communicate testing status and quality metrics.
