Job summary

This role bridges IT and OT to maximize production, safety, and efficiency.

You will own the Technology Roadmap, guide regional site leads, and drive digital transformation initiatives with cross-functional teams, delivering measurable improvements and sustainable adoption.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership experience in mining operations, OT, or digital transformation roles.
• Experience directing mining technology deployments and roadmaps.
• Strong stakeholder engagement and change-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Act as regional owner guiding mining technology systems and digital initiatives.
• Lead digital transformation strategy and align with organizational goals.
• Own and maintain the site Technology Roadmap and prioritize initiatives.
• Oversee the implementation and optimization of OT projects and technology deployments.
• Build relationships with stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of technology solutions.
