Role Overview

The Operational Technology Engineer will ensure the OT architecture supports operational and security demands within North American Distillers, developing and securing a reliable OT environment for manufacturing, aligned with best practices and contributing to the global community.

Key Responsibilities

1. Ensure compliance with safety protocols.
2. Maintain cybersecurity of the ICS environment in collaboration with IT and cybersecurity teams.
3. Support OT network design, security, and maintenance.
4. Manage network security, hardware, and patching processes.
5. Coordinate with global teams on OT equipment and compliance.
6. Manage Active Directory and related systems.
7. Lead incident management, including cybersecurity and crisis recovery.
8. Support continuous improvement initiatives and automation projects.
9. Troubleshoot PLC/HMI systems and advance IIOT/MES solutions.
10. Supervise installation and commissioning of automation projects.

Required Skills

• Experience with Cisco, Microsoft Server, VMWare, Rockwell, Siemens, Allen Bradley, etc.
• Proficiency with Rockwell Software and SQL Database administration.
• Basic knowledge of Linux, Oracle, and Microsoft Reporting Services.
• 5+ years in industrial automation and cybersecurity strategy.
• Strong troubleshooting, solution development, and communication skills.
