Job summary

Monzo is seeking a qualified accountant or tax advisor with substantial in-house operational tax experience to own our operational tax function. You will act as the subject matter expert, advising on tax obligations as the business grows and expands.

You will lead compliance and controls for tax processes across all jurisdictions, including BBSI, ISA, FATCA, and CRS. A competitive salary, incentive awards and a 1,000 GBP learning budget with home-office support are offered.

• Hands-on, detail-oriented, and able to work autonomously.
