McCarthy & Holthus, LLP is seeking an Operational Support Clerk for a 100% on-site role in San Diego. The position includes phone and reception coverage, document prep for mailings, and data searches with careful redaction of sensitive information.
Responsibilities include managing email/fax boxes, ensuring data accuracy between spreadsheets and physical records, and supporting the department with additional clerical duties as needed. A fast-paced office environment and teamwork are essential.
The Operational Support Clerk provides support and coverage for vital tasks. This position is responsible for performing a variety of duties, including data base searches, redaction of documents, data reconciliation, management of email/fax boxes, front desk and phone coverage.
This is a 100% office position requiring your physical presence Monday through Friday, with business hours from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
The salary for this position typically ranges from $18.50–$19.00/hour, depending on qualifications, experience, and other factors.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is required to ensure the security and confidentiality of all sensitive information, including but not limited to threats or hazards to the security or integrity of sensitive information that could result in any harm or inconvenience to any customer, employee or company.
A corporate office environment with a professional setting, quiet to moderate noise level. Employees may work in individual or shared workspaces, with standard office equipment such as computers, printers, and telephones. Occasional meetings, collaborative discussions, and business activities may contribute to variations in noise levels.
