Role Description The Operational Specialist role is a full-time, on-site position based in Phoenix, AZ. This role is responsible for coordinating daily freight operations, including shipment scheduling, documentation, and tracking to ensure on-time delivery and compliance with regulations. The Operational Specialist collaborates with internal teams, carriers, and clients to resolve issues, optimize routes, and maintain high service standards. Daily tasks include monitoring operational performance, preparing reports, supporting inventory and warehouse processes, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. The role also involves supporting sales and account teams with operational data, maintaining accurate system records, and contributing to a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications
