Operations Analyst

Job Description:

1. Provide end-to-end project management support for initiatives, including requirements gathering, development support/analysis, testing, and communication, with a primary focus on UAT and production testing.
2. Create test plans and test scripts, and stage data for pipeline and production testing (weekend availability required during project releases).
3. Provide post-production support to resolve issues in collaboration with technology, business partners, and the Production Support team. Support senior Product Owners on large-scale projects as needed.
4. Plan, organize, monitor, and control projects using appropriate tools to ensure efficient completion.

Required Skills:

1. Strong analytical skills to research and resolve business problems through requirements and testing.
2. Responsibility for defect management and resolution throughout the project lifecycle.
3. Ability to create detailed test plans and scripts, and stage data for testing.
4. Excellent relationship-building skills across business, technology, operations, and control partners, with effective communication during project stages.
5. Proficiency in navigating Jira, including creating Epics and Stories.
6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Desired Skills:

1. SAFE Certified PO/PM or familiarity with agile methodologies.
2. Knowledge of COBE or client onboarding and maintenance platforms/systems.
3. Previous project management or leadership experience.
