Western Alliance Bank is seeking an Operational Risk Program Manager to lead a team focused on identifying, measuring, monitoring, and controlling risks across the organization. You will be part of the Bank's Enterprise and Operational Risk Management Team responsible for RCSA, Controls Testing, GRC, Third-Party Risk, Policy Framework, and IT risk efforts.

You’ll execute and enhance the Operational Loss program and Scenario Analysis, partner with the first and second lines of defense, and

Qualifications

• 5+ years of risk management, internal audit, or related field.
• Experience with banking operations and regulatory compliance.
• Knowledge of COSO ERM and Basel frameworks is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team to identify, measure, monitor and control risks across the organization.
• Execute and enhance the Operational Loss Program with guidance and reporting.
• Develop and maintain risk reporting for senior management and committees.
• Collaborate with first and second lines of defense to ensure program consistency.
• Support CCAR/stress testing efforts and risk scenario documentation.
• Drive process improvements and tool enhancements for efficiency.
