Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking an Operational Risk Management Lead in CCOR to uphold the Firm's Risk Management Framework within North America Markets and Commodities. You will help manage risks across trading, sales and market activities, collaborating with a global team to drive robust risk controls.

The role requires strong influencing skills, leadership to implement process improvements, and the use of analytics and automation to enhance risk management capabilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor's Degree with 5+ years of Markets and/or Operations related experience.
• Experience with risk management, controls management, markets products, Front Office and Operations trade flow processes and lifecycles, regulatory reporting.
• Strong influencing skills and ability to lead change and deliver results.
• Excellent communication in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify, Measure, Monitor, Manage, Report and Govern Operational Risk for the Global Markets Businesses.
• Oversee operational risk events, root cause analysis, and remediation plans to prevent recurrence.
• Bring a focus on internal process re-engineering, with recommendations to existing risk processes.
• Leverage advanced analytics, automation, and AI-driven tools to enhance risk management capabilities.
• Liaise with Markets across 1st, 2nd and 3rd lines of defence.
