Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of second line risk management practices.
• High initiative, self-direction, and attention to detail, with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills, with the ability to establish credibility and partnerships across stakeholders.
• Demonstrated analytical skillset with experience using data analysis/BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead governance meetings and working groups
• Manage end-to-end processes, including assessment timelines, stakeholder communications, governance milestones, challenge reviews, approvals, and final submissions
• Analyze, synthesize, and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights and recommendations
• Manage the quarterly Conduct Risk Appetite process, including governance oversight and second line challenge of 1LOD Conduct Risk Appetite Assessments (CRAA)
• Apply risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor and report on Conduct Risk as part of the CCOR framework
• Manage the team’s risk and control environment, including controls testing, audits and exams
• Manage the Conduct Risk Management Framework documentation and content, including Policies, Standards, and Procedures, governance meeting materials and stakeholder communications
• Partner with product owners to drive enhancements to tools supporting the CRAA process
• Lead and develop team members, promoting a collaborative team environment
