Job summary

JPMorganChase is seeking a Compliance Risk Management Lead to oversee the Conduct Risk Program within CCOR. You will collaborate with Lines of Business and corporate functions to strengthen risk controls and appetite frameworks.

You will lead governance, risk assessments, and team development, delivering insights to senior leadership. A background in financial services, second-line risk, and people management is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Knowledge of second-line risk management practices.
• Ability to handle multiple priorities with attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills to partner with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Experience with data analysis/visualization tools and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead governance meetings and working groups.
• Manage end-to-end processes including assessment timelines and approvals.
• Analyze data to provide insights and recommendations.
• Oversee quarterly Conduct Risk Appetite process and second line challenge.
• Apply risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor and report Conduct Risk.
