Job summary

JPMorgan Chase & Co. seeks a Compliance Risk Management Lead in its CCOR organization. The role centers on overseeing conduct risk management and appetite frameworks, coordinating governance with multiple stakeholders, and driving improvements across controls, policies, and reporting.

The successful candidate will manage end-to-end processes, apply risk frameworks, and lead a team to deliver timely risk assessments and robust challenge reviews across the first and second lines of defense.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of second line risk management practices.
• High initiative with ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and influencing skills for cross-functional partnerships.
• Analytical skills with data analysis, visualization, or BI tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead governance meetings and working groups.
• Manage end-to-end processes including timelines, communications, milestones, reviews, approvals and submissions.
• Analyze, synthesize and evaluate qualitative and quantitative data to provide insights.
• Oversee the quarterly Conduct Risk Appetite process with governance oversight.
• Apply risk management frameworks to identify, measure, monitor and report Conduct Risk within the CCOR framework.
• Manage the team's risk and control environment including tests, audits and exams.
• Maintain framework documentation, policies, standards, procedures and governance materials.
• Collaborate with product owners to improve CRAA process tools.
• Lead and develop team members to foster a collaborative environment.
