Qualifications

• 3+ years in risk management, project/program management, audit, governance, consulting, compliance, or related field.
• Understanding of operational risk management concepts, risk assessment methodologies, and/or control management frameworks.
• Excellent program management and communication skills, with ability to coordinate work across multiple stakeholders and functions.
• Experience in structured governance environments and policies/regulatory alignment.

Responsibilities

• Support high-impact risk management and transformation initiatives, including risk remediation programs, RCSA, and strategic change efforts.
• Partner with business, technology, governance, and Control Management stakeholders to identify, assess, and mitigate operational risks.
• Drive governance routines, milestone and status tracking, dependency coordination, and executive reporting.
• Analyze emerging risk themes, assessment results, and control effectiveness to identify vulnerabilities and recommend risk reduction opportunities.
• Develop actionable insights and presentations that inform decision-making and strengthen risk management practices.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools and emerging technologies to enhance analysis, accelerate execution, improve decision-making, and increase risk management effectiveness.
