Job summary

Bank of China Limited, New York Branch is seeking a detail-oriented professional to support the Operational Risk Management Department. The role focuses on expense budgeting, procurement review, and financial discipline across the unit.

You will also handle onboarding/offboarding, attendance checks, staffing analysis, and oversee consultant lifecycle activities, ensuring timely reporting and documentation for regulatory and internal purposes.

• Ability to organize training plans and track compliance

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and managing the department's expense budget, including forecasting and variance analysis.
• Manage onboarding/offboarding checklists, attendance tracking, and staffing reports.
• Coordinate and monitor annual training plans, mandatory trainings, and record-keeping.
• Compile risk management and BCM reports for leadership review and decision making.
• Act as primary contact for BAU business continuity matters and update BCM docs.
• Assist with records management, retention schedules, and related procedures.
