Responsibilities

• Support departmental expense budgeting and forecasting.
• Oversee invoice processing and vendor payments.
• Maintain staffing reports and organizational charts; coordinate skill assessments.
• Coordinate consultant lifecycle: approvals, timesheets, payments, and evaluations.
• Prepare departmental staffing reports and insights for resource allocation.
