Job summary

Bank of China Limited, New York Branch, is seeking an AVP to manage the Operational Risk (OR) Framework, policy, and procedures. The role includes consolidating risk data from various teams and generating branch-wide ORM reports for the Head Office.

The AVP will support governance, regulatory relations, and audit activities as part of the risk management function. Responsibilities include data aggregation, reporting to executive committees, and administering ORD policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 5 years of experience in the banking industry.
• 2 years of experience in risk management.
• Knowledge of operational or enterprise risk management concepts, framework, methods, and good governance practices.

Responsibilities

• Collect operational risk data from departments.
• QA the data input and follow up with departments as needed.
• Consolidate data and complete risk aggregation and reporting to executive committees.
• Analyze inputs from teams and departments and consolidate into ORM reports.
• Prepare Operational Risk-related ERM and ORM reports with other departments.
• Administer ORD policies and procedures and facilitate regulator meetings.
