Job summary

Green Key Resources seeks an Operational Risk – Assistant Manager to join our Risk Management team in driving risk-informed decisions and strengthening internal controls. The role combines risk expertise with project management, enabling collaboration across business units to mitigate operational risk.

Responsibilities include leading risk assessments, reporting to executives, coordinating SOC 1 activities, and supporting the corporate insurance program.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Risk Management, or related field.
• 3–8 years of experience in operational risk, internal audit, external audit, enterprise risk management, or related discipline.
• Experience in financial services, banking, asset management, insurance, or other regulated industries is preferred but not required.
• Experience leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Execute risk and control assessments, documentation, testing, issue management, and remediation tracking.
• Evaluate operational risks across functions and recommend risk-based solutions to strengthen controls.
• Monitor changes in activities and risk profiles to identify emerging risks and mitigation strategies.
• Develop, maintain, and enhance operational risk policies, procedures, and governance docs.
• Lead cross-functional risk initiatives from planning through execution and timely delivery.
