Job summary

PSECU is seeking an Operational Risk Analyst to support the development and operation of its Enterprise Risk Management program. You will lead ORM efforts, assess risks, and provide analytics and reporting to improve strategic decisions.

The role blends hybrid in-person and remote work with on-site expectations. Ideal candidates have 4–6 years in risk management, a Bachelor's degree, and relevant certifications; CERP/CIA/CUERP knowledge is not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or equivalent.
• Four to six years of risk management or related field experience.
• Risk management certifications preferred.
• Not required CERP, CIA, or CUERP.

Responsibilities

• Develop and operate ORM program and risk assessments.
• Manage ORM processes and risk analytics reports.
• Develop enterprise-wide risk analytics and reports.
• Implement ORM policies and procedures.
• Support business units in reassessing risks and reviews of risk/control self-assessments.
• Provide leadership, coaching, or mentoring; may act as lead or supervisor.
• Monitor emerging risks facing PSECU and assess impact.
• Recommend proactive risk management actions.
• Facilitate risk management reviews with business units.
• Perform risk assessments for major projects.
• Oversee ERM file maintenance, insurance reviews, renewals.
